What's included in the build price?
Everything needed to get your site live and working: a mobile-first site written with you, tap-to-call and a quote request form, and local search basics (page titles, your Google Business Profile link, suburbs you cover). Site + AI Front Desk adds missed-call text-back, website chat and online booking, set up and tested before it goes live.
The fixed price is agreed in writing before any work starts. If something's out of scope, we'll tell you up front and price it separately. You won't find out on the invoice.
Do I need a monthly plan?
For a Launch Site, Care ($149/month) is optional but recommended: it covers hosting, backups, security updates and small content changes. If you'd rather host the site yourself, you can. The AI Front Desk needs Care + AI ($299/month), because the text-back, chat and booking tools have running costs and need looking after.
What does "fair use" mean on Care + AI?
Care + AI covers the normal volume of calls, texts and chats for a small trade business. The exact limits for your business are written into your quote before you sign, based on how many enquiries you get now. If you ever go well over them, we'll talk to you first. No surprise charges.
What does "you own your site" mean?
Your domain is registered in your name, and the site and its content are yours. Care and Care + AI are month to month, so there's no lock-in. If you cancel, you keep your site and your domain.
What happens after the launch offer ends?
The launch prices ($1,500 and $2,500) apply to builds agreed in writing by 31 December 2026. From 1 January 2027 the regular prices apply: $2,200 for a Launch Site and $3,500 for Site + AI Front Desk. Monthly plans, audits and workflow builds aren't part of the offer and don't change.

How long does a Launch Site take?
About two weeks from when we have your content: the words, photos and details of your services. We'll agree the timing in your quote.
What is the workflow audit?
A $495 look at how work comes in (calls, website, email, quotes) and what's worth fixing first, in plain English. It's for automation jobs: if you go ahead with a workflow build, the $495 comes off the price. Websites and the AI Front Desk start with the free website check instead.
Is there GST on top?
No. Kelada isn't registered for GST, so the prices you see are the prices you pay.
